Mostra Convegno Expocomfort (MCE)

Milan, 13 March 2024 – Samsung Electronics Air Conditioner Europe (SEACE) is taking part in the 2024 edition of Mostra Convegno Expocomfort (MCE) from 12 to 15 March at Fiera Milano (booth 5 P29/T22), to present its new products and strengthen its positioning: comfort and connectivity in the HVAC+R field. MCE represents a moment of meeting and relationship between professionals and a fundamental opportunity for Samsung to present its offer on the field of products and services, for cooling and heating, both in the residential and commercial market.

Samsung's New Products for 2024

One of the new products that Samsung presents at MCE 2024 is the new ClimateHub unit³, an integrated solution that includes the hydronic module, a 200-liter storage tank and the main hydraulic components for a single indoor unit that, combined with an outdoor unit from the Samsung EHS heat pump range, is able to provide heating,  cooling and the production of domestic hot water (DHW).

Samsung's Connectivity Revolution

SmartThings, Samsung's free app, allows you to manage, schedule and monitor the ecosystem of connected devices conveniently and directly from your smartphone and allows you to set up home scenarios to create automations and daily routines. Air conditioning is no exception on the concept of connectivity, indeed, Samsung was the first company in 2013 to integrate Wi-Fi into its products. SmartThings includes five programs: Home Care, Clothing Care, Pet Care, Cooking and Energy to monitor and manage compatible devices to control their consumption and more. For the commercial sector, Samsung offers b.IoT Lite, an integrated control software that uses IoT technologies and AI algorithms, to manage and optimize VRF systems and is ideal for medium and large buildings.

Samsung's services in pre and post sales
For professionals, Samsung provides personalized support and advice: during the design phase, Samsung carries out CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analyses to study the correct operation of outdoor units to optimize airflow. In addition, the DVM-Pro 2.0 software allows you to carry out the installation of hydraulic, electrical and control diagrams of Samsung solutions, both for residential and commercial use. Furthermore, the EHS software allows the sizing of a residential heat pump system, guiding the user in identifying the best system solution.
