New Emergency Mode
If the heat pump fails or does not function properly, emergency mode is activated automatically. The auto emergency mode setting provides warm, pleasant temperatures and hot water by switching to an electric heater¹² instead of the heat pump. The latest model allows you access to emergency mode via the AI Home Automatic Emergency Mode function.
Effortless support
The AI Home provides easy access to the system’s user manual. It allows you to download it onto your smartphone device by scanning the QR code shown on the 7" display¹³.

1. Dimensions: ClimateHub Mono = 598(W)x1,850(H)x600(D)mm, Hydro Unit Mono = 530(W)x840(H)x350(D)mm.

6. Based on internal testing using a 5kW model (AE050CXYDEK/EU), compared to not using AI Energy mode. Reduces the energy consumption of supplying sanitary hot water by up to 40% and space heating by up to 10%. Results will vary by model. AI Energy mode can be activated via the SmartThings App. A Wi-Fi connection and a Samsung account are required. Its activation status can be monitored in the Zone Overview screen of AI Home.
