Located in Birchwood, Warrington is a multi-tenanted building providing 42,500 sq ft of office space across three floors.

The ultimate aim is building up to 2,000 homes, a mix of 2 to 3 bedroom houses and apartments, over a 10-to-13-year rollout period of affordable housing in the local area, creating high specification ‘net zero’ homes for those who need it most.

This project is a great example of how air source heat pumps can be incorporated into residential developments and why it is so important to help guide the homeowners through this transition.
