Individual control system
An individual control system provides you with everything you need to control and monitor a single air conditioning unit in your office or business. From wired controllers that are easy to locate to wireless controllers that are practical to move around, there's a control solution that fits your needs. Our new SolarCell remote control, powered by rechargeable batteries, even minimises the need for disposable batteries and therefore waste. It can be charged with sunlight, indoor lighting, and even via USB-C in a pinch.
Centralised control system
With our centralised control system, you can manage multiple units and climate zones across your building from a single point of access. Whether you prefer a basic controller or a touchscreen, these centralised solutions are ideal for office buildings, hotels and other businesses operating with multiple units. Managing and monitoring your climate systems is easy with our intuitive touchscreen controllers and a user-friendly interface.
Integrated control system
DMS 2.5
DMS 2.5 offers built-in web server for PC and remote access control with multiple upper-layer control access. Easily monitor weekly/daily schedule, power distribution, and failures. Individual/group control up to 256 indoor units, AHU and ERV with emergency stop function with simple contact interface.
b.Iot Lite
Ideal for small and medium-sized buildings, Samsung's b.Iot Lite offers you a control solution to optimise your VRF systems. As it’s server-based, it offers cutting-edge features, such as predictive maintenance. You can even connect and integrate other building management systems (such as lighting and security) and make the most out of your Samsung solutions. Ensure a comfortable indoor environment, energy savings and operational convenience.
Cloud Controls
Cloud controls work by allowing users to remotely manage their air conditioning systems, adjust settings, and monitor energy usage from their smartphones or other devices. By leveraging cloud-based data analytics and AI, these controls can help to optimise your air conditioning usage and possibly to reduce your energy usage and bills.
SmartThings
Harnessing cutting-edge technology, an easy-to-use interface, and the ability to integrate with a wide range of devices, you now have the chance to turn your office into a Smart Office. SmartThings includes an Energy function that provides you with insights into your energy usage, including information about your climate control system. This way, you can keep track of how much energy you are using and identify areas where you can make changes to reduce waste energy consumption and possibly lower your monthly energy bill.
EHS Remote Care
Samsung's EHS Remote Care is a cloud platform that lets heat pump installers monitor, diagnose, and service EHS systems¹ remotely, from anywhere². Diagnose, triage, and resolve, all from a distance. Fewer site visits, speed up fixes, and reduced miles. Same professional care.

1. Supported EHS models: Mono, Split, TDM Plus with Multi Wi-Fi Kit, Quint, Wall-mounted Hydro-Unit, ClimateHub. EHS Cascade is currently under testing, and full compatibility is TBA. EHS TDM Plus A2A units are not supported.
2. All EHS devices require a single or multi–Wi-Fi Kit connection in order to be connected and visible on the dashboard.
