Samsung's EHS Remote Care is a cloud platform that lets heat pump installers monitor, diagnose, and service EHS systems¹ remotely, from anywhere². Diagnose, triage, and resolve, all from a distance. Fewer site visits, speed up fixes, and reduced miles. Same professional care.
One dashboard for every EHS install you service¹ᐟ². Samsung's cloud platform puts your customers' heat pumps on one screen. Live data, fault alerts, full history, and remote adjustments, all through a simple webpage. No app to build, no hardware to fit. If the system is online, you're already in.

Open the dashboard, and all connected EHS setups¹ᐟ² are laid out on a map view, colour-coded by status, so you can see at a glance what’s functioning well and what's not. Proactive fault alerts³ mean you often know before the customer reaches out to you.
And when something does need attention, the error codes, cycle data, and full history are right there. You head out knowing what you're walking into, with the right parts already in the van. Periodic reports get generated for you, so nothing slips.

Adjust up to 54 FSV parameters and cycle settings remotely⁴, and fine-tune any install. Nudge a setting, optimise a system, or dial in comfort to a customer's liking, all from the console. Every change is logged, so there's a full history of what was adjusted and when. The owner grants access, so you tune the system while they stay in charge of it.

Plenty of calls don’t need a site visit at all. A setting that's drifted, a status that needs checking, a parameter that needs resetting - much of it gets sorted while the customer's heating stays on.
Most of the time, they won't even notice anything was wrong. Their problem's solved the same hour, not the same week. You cut the wasted miles, and the visits you don't have to make are hours handed back to the jobs that really need you on-site.
