A good climate solution must perfectly match your customer’s requirements, be easy to use and offer options to monitor and control running costs, too. That is why we offer a range of user-friendly Samsung control systems to complement our flexible climate solutions. From creating a custom control plan or monitoring the energy consumption on a smart device, we have the perfect control system for every space and any customer, business or residential.
Our individual control systems help users to control and monitor a single air conditioning unit. Users can choose between wired controllers that are easy to locate or wireless controllers that work in multiple spaces within the same building. The SolarCell Remote Controller with a solar panel on the back of the remote control enables charging when placed in direct sunlight. The USB-C port at the base of the controller can be used as an alternative charging option. No batteries are required. It has better grip, easier button controls, large OLED display and it is light-weight¹.

Our centralised control systems enable users to manage multiple units and climate zones from a single point of access. This is ideal for office buildings, hotels, and other businesses with multiple units. Intuitive touchscreen controllers and a user-friendly interface enable users to easily manage and monitor their system.

Users can improve overall efficiency and convenience with our web-based advanced control systems.

DMS 2.5 offers a built-in web server for PC and remote access control with multiple upper-layer control access for up to 256 indoor units, individually or as a group. Users can easily monitor weekly and daily schedules, power distribution and outages. The AHU and ERV have an emergency stop function with a simple contact interface.

Samsung's b.Iot Lite is a server-based control system for optimizing VRF (DVM) systems in small and medium-sized buildings. It offers additional features, such as predictive maintenance, and enables users to connect and integrate other building management systems (such as lighting and security), too. b.Iot Lite provides users with a comfortable indoor environment, energy savings and operational convenience, too.
Cloud controls allow users to remotely manage their air conditioning systems, adjust settings, and monitor energy usage on a smart device. These controls leverage cloud-based data analytics and AI to help optimise the use of air conditioning and energy simultaneously.

Samsung’s SmartThings app combines cutting-edge technology, an easy-to-use interface, and the ability to integrate with thousands of smart devices, from Samsung and other leading manufacturers. The SmartThings Energy function is a new feature that provides users with insights into their energy usage, including information on their climate control system. They can, for instance, keep track of the amount of energy used across different appliances and rooms².

Samsung's EHS Remote Care is a cloud platform that lets heat pump installers monitor, diagnose, and service EHS systems³ remotely, from anywhere⁴. Diagnose, triage, and resolve, all from a distance. Fewer site visits, speed up fixes, and reduced miles. Same professional care.
