Available in a broad range of capacities, the newest additions use R290: a refrigerant with a much lower GWP. With high reaching water temperature of up to 75°C[1], the EHS Mono R290 range is tailor-made for retrofits and new constructions.
It reliably delivers 100% heating performance[2], even in temperatures as low as -10°C. Enjoy hassle-free setup and worry-free upkeep and rest easy knowing that the heat pump is Quiet Mark Certified, operating at levels as low as 35 d(BA)[3], thanks to its 4-step Quiet mode.

Discover more on the stand about the new, all-in-one integrated EHS ClimateHub and EHS Hydro Unit which provide heating and hot water solutions for residential homes.
The compact system and slim-fit design is quick and easy to install, with fast access for servicing.
Built with a detachable, user-friendly AI Home 7-inch touch display, the EHS ClimateHub and Hydro Unit allow users to efficiently manage and monitor their energy usage when connected to Samsung’s SmartThings app.

Introducing the new WindFree™ Avant S2 Black, part of the new residential air conditioning line-up for 2025. It combines functionality with great aesthetics that blends in with the living space.
Featuring AI Auto Comfort technology, which allows users to experience intelligent climate control [4]. It automatically optimizes the various modes by analysing room conditions and usage patterns [5].
The air conditioning unit automatically switches to the most appropriate cooling mode to maintain optimal and comfortable room conditions, based on the user’s preferred indoor temperature.

We offer a wide range of quality training courses that can fit around an installer’s busy working life by offering online, face to face or industry accredited courses.
Our training courses offer flexibility, choice and give confidence when choosing to install or recommend our products to a customer.
Visit our stand to talk with training experts about how to sign up for free training modules on Samsung products, including the new Samsung Climate Experts training offering launching soon.

Learn about the new Cascade Controller, designed to operate multiple hydraulic based systems at one from a touch screen easy-to-use interface. With EHS application the Cascade Controller can have a capacity of up to 128kW (using 8 units of 16kW each), while also being able to control two independent weather compensated heating circuits.

As an extension of our consumer-focused SmartThings solution,[6] SmartThings Pro has been designed to allow business owners and site managers to control devices and monitor energy usage in commercial buildings.
One of the innovative features that will be demonstrated on our stand is the intelligent cost-saving algorithms, such as the Pricing Response Control (PRC) algorithm. With this algorithm, SmartThings Pro is able to adjust operations through preheating/precooling and temperature setting depending on changes in electricity rates [7],[8].

[1] Leaving water temperature, when the outdoor temperature is between -15°C - 43°C. Results may vary depending on the actual usage conditions.
[2] Efficiency ratio of heating output (capacity) versus power input (electricity). Internally tested under lab conditions based on EN 14511, results may vary depending on the actual usage conditions.
[3] Based on internal testing. The noise level is measured 3m away from the front of the outdoor unit, in an anechoic room with an outside temperature of 7°C. Results may vary depending on environmental factors and individual use.
[4] AI = Artificial Intelligence. A Wi-Fi connection and Samsung SmartThings application account are required.
[5] Stores user data, preferences and usage patterns, enabling it to suggest the most comfortable room temperature set point within a range of 22 °C to 26 °C.
[6] Samsung’s SmartThings solution is one of the largest open ecosystems of connected devices worldwide, managed via an app that allows users to manage, schedule and monitor connected devices within their home, directly from their smartphone.
[7] Results based on pilot project tested at Wink Hotel Saigon, Vietnam. Pilot testing Period: Jan to May 2024. Pilot Site Configuration of DVMS 29 ODU and 300 MSP Duct IDU, 2 DMS 2.5 controllers. Pricing Response control (PRC) high setting saves up to +8%, Pricing Response control (PRC low setting saves up to +7.8%, High Efficiency algorithm saves up to 15.5% energy saving compared to baseline without any algorithms applied during the test period
[8] Shifting electricity usage to times with lower rates may not always result in cost savings, as peak demand increases or rate fluctuations could lead to higher energy costs. Using electricity when prices are low can impact overall energy consumption.
