When your company purchases eligible Samsung outdoor products, it will be recognised for its loyalty with rewards and benefits that get progressively better.
What is Climate Club?
Climate Club is the new loyalty programme from Samsung Climate Solutions. Members of the club can turn purchases of eligible outdoor products into great rewards and benefits.
It’s easy to sign up, and open to all installers. An installer with an existing Samsung account will be pre-registered and can activate from launch day. It’s easy to register a new installer with us too, simply fill out the registration form with a few company details and you’re ready to go.
This is a tiered loyalty programme, with four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Claiming your club points unlocks a new level once the required threshold is reached. Level progress can be easily tracked on the Climate Club homepage. Each level reached unlocks new benefits!
Claim Purchases
The goal is to reward your company for purchasing Samsung Climate Solutions’ heating and cooling products. Only outdoor units will be eligible for this programme, a full list of eligible products is available on the Climate Club website.
Purchases made either directly from Samsung, or indirectly (e.g through a distributor) can be claimed. Each purchase claimed awards both club points and reward points.
There are multiple ways to claim, making it simpler to get rewards you deserve:
You can either take a photo of the product’s serial number or manually enter the first 14 digits found on the product or its packaging.
If you purchased directly from Samsung, eligible purchases will appear in your claims table, where you can also review past claims. Please note that unclaimed purchases in this table are updated once weekly.
If you're using a mobile device, simply scan the barcode on the outside of the product packaging for a quick and seamless claim process. Simply select ‘Scan Barcode’. You can add up to 8 purchases at once with this method.
It is recommeded that you bookmark or save the website as a short-cut on your browser.
Rewards
Once you reach Silver tier, your company can redeem its reward points within the rewards marketplace. This will be found either via the Climate Club homepage or the dedicated rewards page, and is accessible with one click.
The marketplace contains up to 40,000 products, and can easily be filtered by category and reward point value.
Your reward point balance is reflected within the marketplace. These points are valid for up to two years from the date of the claim.
