Flexible climate control for larger commercial spaces
Samsung is extending its Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC) line-up with new 20 and 25 kW outdoor units using R32 refrigerant. Designed for commercial applications such as retail spaces and warehouses, the units combine higher-capacity heating and cooling with flexible system configurations.
With Samsung’s Digital Pack Multi (DPM) connection, one outdoor unit can be connected to up to four identical indoor units operating together as a single system. Compatible options include the 4-Way Cassette, 1-Way Cassette, LSP & MSP Duct and 360 Cassette, helping installers select an indoor solution to suit the space, available ceiling area and interior design.

20 and 25 kW CAC outdoor units designed for higher-capacity commercial heating and cooling.
R32 for higher-capacity applications
The new 20 and 25 kW models bring R32 refrigerant to higher-capacity Samsung CAC L applications. R32 has a lower Global Warming Potential (GWP) compared to the previous refrigerant R410A*, giving installers and consultants an additional R32 option when planning commercial heating and coolingsolutions.
One outdoor unit. Up to four indoor units.
Samsung’s Digital Pack Multi (DPM) connection makes it possible to connect two, three or four identical indoor units to a single outdoor unit. The connected indoor units operate together as one system and can be controlled using one remote controller.
For larger open areas such as warehouses and retail spaces, this provides a practical way to deliver heating or cooling across the space. By reducing the number of outdoor units required, it also helps save outdoor space and potentially reduce installation costs.
Stable performance across a wide temperature range
Samsung CAC L operates across a wide outdoor temperature range, delivering cooling at temperatures of up to 50°C and heating at temperatures as low as -20°C. The wide operating range is particularly beneficial in warmer climates and for rooftop installations, where outdoor units may be exposed to direct sunlight, rooftop heat radiation and discharged air from nearby outdoor units.
